This is a smart family villa situated in the countryside between Pollensa and Port Pollensa.

The apartment Jordieta is a lovely and modern apartment situated in a residential area of Port Pollensa. The building is not far from the lovely little beaches of the well known Pinewalk area.

The apartment has a little garden at the front where the main door is located. This door leads straight onto the lounge dining room which is totally equipped with satellite TV and DVD player. Off the dining room a door gives access to the well equipped fitted kitchen which has the facilities of a microwave, electric oven, ceramic hob and a dishwasher. The master room has a double bed, and there is a further double room, which has twin beds placed together, and the final room is a twin. There is air conditioning in the double/twin bedroom. In this level there is a second bathroom, which is equipped with a bath, wc and wash basin.

The exterior of villa Negri I is a good place to spend time under the sun. There is a private pool with integral steps which is set into paved terracing and there are sun loungers and parasols for your sunbathing pleasure. There is a built-in barbecue where you can grill dinner before settling into the outdoor dining furniture and enjoying a meal outside with views of the surrounding area.

Situated in midst of the beautiful Majorcan landscape, only a few kms from Pollença old town, this charming house is ideal for a quiet family holiday.
